Why an electric razor

Shaving should not need a whole setup.

A manual razor needs water, foam, a steady hand and a spare ten minutes. Veloura needs none of it. Five rotary heads float independently, so the razor stays flat against ankles, knees, underarms and the bikini line instead of skipping over them. Use it in the shower, or dry on the edge of the bed before you leave.

How to use it

Four steps, wet or dry.

  1. STEP 01

    Charge and check

    Charge fully before the first use and confirm the head unit is clicked firmly into place.

  2. STEP 02

    Prepare the skin

    Dry shaving works on clean, dry skin. For a wet shave, wet the area and add a little gel.

  3. STEP 03

    Move in slow circles

    Hold the heads flat and work in slow circular passes without pressing. Let the razor do the work.

  4. STEP 04

    Rinse and dry

    Detach the head unit, rinse it under the tap, then let it air dry before storing.

Keeping it sharp

Two minutes of care, every few shaves.

Rinse after each session

Take the head unit off, run it under warm water, tap off the excess and leave it to air dry.

Never dry the foils with a towel

The foils are thin by design. Air drying keeps them intact far longer than wiping.

Replace heads when the pull returns

If shaving starts to feel slower or tuggier, fit a fresh head unit rather than pressing harder.
